Picture on Wall Shows Coffin Coming Out of Ground

I once saw a horror movie in the 1970's that featured a picture hanging on a wall.

The picture continues to change as the movies goes on. Suddenly it shows a coffin partly out of the ground where there was none before, and later the same coffin with the lid open and a body inside.

The movie goes on to show the body out of the coffin and walking towards the house.

Finally, the person inside the house hears a banging on the door and looks at the picture to see the person from the coffin banging on the door.

That's all I can remember. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone can tell me what this movie is.

I have a vague recollection that it may have been one of those horror movies that has a number of short stories in it such as Trilogy of Terror, but I am only guessing.
