Pink Milk Flows From Milk Truck

I am trying to remember the name of a late 80's or early 90's horror film that had a small baby type creature that would hide under the bed in a guest room and attack people. The man that lived in the house would take the people's teeth and put them on display.

The creature escaped at one point and killed a milk truck driver. The milk containers broke and when the blood mixed with the milk it caused a bunch of pink milk to flow out of the back of the truck.
