Pipe to the Back Flows Bloody

Hey folks, I remember watching a movie back in the 80's with what I believe was a haunted town.

The only death scene I remember was when someone gets stuck in a room and the door locks behind them. Objects start to move around and our character tries desperately to open the door. A steel pipe on a shelf begins to rattle and then flies across the room into the characters back. Blood begins to flow from the pipe and then the character dies.

Please help, I have been plagued by this for over ten years. Everybody thinks I made it up. Even my Mom, who I watched it with.
