Pointy-Eared Murderous Children Hatched From Egg

There's a horror film where Scandinavian-looking alien children with pointed ears go around killing people. They wear toques/hats to cover their ears in public.

A concerned adult goes to their house to find their parents, and walks in on a woman sitting on what seems to be a giant egg sack, used for producing more alien children. The woman tries to flirt with the concerned adult.

If anyone knows what in the world this film is, I would be extremely interested in finding out.
