Possessed Children Wake Up and Cause Destruction

I'm looking for a film where all the children in this town fall asleep at once and everyone is tripping, and they are all laying on beds at the hospital.

The next clip shows them all standing up by the beds looking creepy and an adult saying "they're awake" and then the action starts.

Can someone help me?
