I'm looking for an '80s movie that starts with an autopsy where the brain is removed and the corpse is watching.Turns out it was a prank and a drug experiment where this new stuff simulated a heart attack and death.
Movie ends with the guy dying and having a real autopsy, he can still see and feel. He ponders something before they start cutting, like, "Maybe pain is not the first feeling you lose after death but the last".
