Pregnant Woman Crushed Under Cement Slab

I remember watching a horror film when I was pretty young (early 70s) where a young pregnant woman was being crushed under a cement slab by a group of people. There was something about her ring... wedding ring or other ring... they wanted her ring and to kill her and her unborn child.

I grew up thinking it was Rosemary's Baby, but then I watched Rosemary's Baby not long ago and it was NOT the movie I thought it was.
