Pregnant Woman Gets Limbs Cut Off

Does anyone remember a horror movie involving a pregnant woman who didn't want to give up her soon-to-be-born child?

She goes in and out of delusions and ends up in a hospital restrained and unable to control a couple who want to take her baby away from her.

She then awakens in a hellish scene where the couple are actually evil and are mid-way through cutting off her arm. She realizes they have already cut off her other limbs.
