Pregnant Woman Trapped in House Surrounded by Zombies

I saw this 90's movie about a group of zombie attack survivors in a house. One of them is pregnant and the zombies are trying to get at her.

At some point, the woman has like a column of energy or even flesh emanating from her body towards the ceiling in the room she is in.

I'd love to see this again. Any ideas?
