Pregnant Woman Working in Manor On Top of Abandoned Haunted Hospital

There's a horror movie about a young pregnant woman who goes to work at a manor on top of an old abandoned hospital (she finds this out by going down an old elevator shaft). Also, there are dead kids inside.
I thought I would check with the experts.
