Pregnant Zombies

Dear Zombie Master,
If a pregnant woman is bitten by a zombie, does the fetus become a zombie, too?
If the answer is yes and the pregnant woman zombie decides to terminate the zombie pregnancy, is the aborted zombie fetus considered to be 'undead' or 'unborn' or both?

There have been cases that show a fetus will in fact become a zombie if the mother becomes one. Most notably the Dawn of the Dead remake (2004) had a great example.
In answer to your second question, it is already 'undead' so it would be considered both.
