Priest Breaks Vows - Woman and Child Turn Into Vampire Creatures

I'm looking for the title of a horror movie - well, it may be more than one movie but I'm remembering it as one.

I remember that the beginning starting out with two girls swimming in a flooded crypt/tomb where a vampire type creature is entombed at the bottom. One of the girls loses her necklace or something and has to swim to the bottom to get it and wakes up the creature somehow...

I also remember something about a priest who breaks his vows and the woman he breaks them with has a baby, and both the mother and daughter are turned into vampire like creatures as the priests punishments for his sins. He has them chained up in bath tubs at his house and he feeds them leaches I believe.

I also remember something about the priest being tempted by a demon in the form of a nun who takes off her robes or something like that.

I really hope someone knows this! I remember it being pretty creepy and I can't wait to watch it again!
