Priest Throwing Up Maggots

I am looking for the title to an older horror film where a priest is outside or a church or graveyard during the day puking up his guts and maybe maggots or worms too. It is not The Gates of Hell (2008).

Any input is appreciated.

But I just wanted to note... Gates of Hell is the alternate title for City of the Living Dead, a Lucio Fulci movie from 1980.

I don't remember the *priest* vomiting, but there is a pretty epic "vomit up all your internal organs" scene.

The basic plot is that a priest commits suicide on hallowed ground, thus opening the gates of hell and allowing the dead to walk the earth. This same movie has the much lauded "Death by bandsaw" sequence as well. Very much part of the Giallo Classic canon.
