Procreating Twins Die in Water Chamber

Trying to remember the name of a film where a girl goes to visit her friend when she is sick. Her friend has a twin brother and they apparently need the girl to procreate their own twins.
In the end, the male twin is in a water chamber and his twin sister gets trapped with him and they die together.
Help please!
