Race Car Driver Moves Into Haunted House With Pregnant Wife

There's a late '60s or early '70s film where a race car driver moves into an old mansion with his pregnant wife. The house appears to be haunted or possessed.

For example, when one/both looks into the bathroom mirror they see an event on an old schooner ship where a woman (or witch) is being tried or killed. The wife seems to take the brunt of the haunting and thinks perhaps she's "losing it". In one scene, the wife is walking on the large staircase holding her baby and she is met by a ghost walking toward her eerily saying "Give me the baby".

These are the only scenes I remember but it's been driving me nuts for over 35 years. Does anyone have a clue? Thanks.
