Raggedy Ann Doll Floating in Bathtub and Crazy Woodsman

I saw a movie on TV in the late 60's or early 70's where a woman is being chased by a woodsman with an axe, and when she runs into the house to get away she enters the bathroom and finds a 'Raggedy Ann' doll floating in the bathtub.

Any ideas as to what movie this is?
