Razor Blades, Nails and Glass Come Out of Man & Kill Him

I'm trying to remember the name of an 80's movie about a man who perhaps worked at a carnival or was just cursed by someone. He ate nails, glass, screws and razor blades. He was then cursed and all of the items came out of him, killing him. Quite a gory scene.

Can anyone help me with this please?
