Red Haired Killer's Change of Heart

There was a movie I saw in the 1990's about a group of young adults that drove a big, old (black?) car all around, and they would kill people for fun and laugh about it. (Vampires?)

One girl was really pretty and had long wavy red hair. I also remember they kidnapped this guy and tried to make him part of their group, but he was reluctant to join.

I think in the end the red haired girl had a change of heart and tried to be good, but she was killed anyway, along with her friends. I want to see this movie again, but I can't remember the name. I believe it was something like "Road Killers" or "Road Warriors".

Please help!
