Ring Finger Delivered to Woman in 70's TV Horror Series

Trying to remember the name of a mid-70's horror series, one episode in particular about a woman who receives a box from the florist containing a finger with a ring on it.
Later she puts a body down a well, goes back to check on it, and it's not there.
The movie ends with her receiving another box from the florist.
