Robot With Doctor's Brain Kills By Shooting Beams From Eyes

by Stephen
(San Diego, California, USA)

Anyone remember a 70's film about a doctor that's hit by a car in Manhattan and his father-in-law puts his brain in a robot to bring him back to life?

The robot is then able to kill people by shooting beams from his eyes. His son later helps him kill himself by pushing on a vulnerable spot on his chest.

What is this movie?
