Robots Kill Humans For Their Limbs

I'm trying to remember the name of a horror movie about robots that would kill people and take their limbs to use as their own.

In one scene, a woman is chained to a wall and one of the robots is moving a buzz saw attached to its hand toward her face, getting ready to cut her head off.

Does anyone know what movie I'm talking about?

It's called Moontrap (1989). Turns out Bruce Campbell is in it - no wonder it's so awesome!

I didn't mention the tent scene - only the buzzsaw. In the tent scene the robot (with a human head attached), looks in through the tent's window at the woman. That scene is also quite vivid in my memory.
