Rock and Roll Brothers Move to English Village and Quarrel

Late '70s or early '80s film, set in UK about two brothers who move into a village and quarrel and near the end, one of the brothers is sitting on a throne as a skeleton. The song "Johnny Kidd and the Pirates Shakin' All Over" is apparently sung by this rock n roll group the two brothers are in.
