Rock is Actually Killer Crouched Over in River Rafting '80s Horror

It's an '80s movie about kids camping in woods where at one point they are canoeing down river when they pass a large rock face, and as they pass it one of the rocks moves to reveal it's actually the killer crouched over.

Any ideas?

It is The Final Terror (1983) starring Daryl Hannah and Joe Pantolanio.
