Scientist Catches VIrus in 80's Quarantine Horror Film

What's the name of the 80's film where scientists in a laboratory wearing NBC suits move vials around and when one is dropped and stepped on just as a scientist's suit is ripped, he gets the virus and manages to begin spreading it around as the entire building is quarantined?

I also remember a green light that the quarantined shine on each other to determine if they are infected as they race through the building, battling infected and looking for the serum.

Any ideas as to the name of this movie would be greatly appreciated!
