Sci-Fil Channel Original Where Family Breaks Down in Small Desert Town

There's a late '90s or early '00s original Sci-Fi channel movie about a family whose car breaks down in a small desert town where the locals act really strange.

The father comes across a huge vehicle graveyard of cars from previous breakdowns and I think there was even an airplane. The movie had a very strange ending that never explained any of the events, it just ends and never tells you anything.
