Scuba Gear Zombies!

There is a particular movie I'm looking for. It was an older movie mid 80's to mid 90's that was about a town that was attacked by zombies or aliens that had on scuba masks. They had green faces and the people in the town later found out these things were coming out of water puddles and other water sources. Really creepy movie.

Anyone have any ideas?

80's horror rules

Yes, sounds like Shock Waves. Was on VHS, Guild House Home Video, hard cover. Has a group of zombies coming out of water wearing what I can only describe as dark welding goggles!

Sounds like Humanoids from the Deep (1980)aka . There's a scene where a bunch of them come out of the ocean during a fair or carnival and attack the townspeople.

Does it ring a bell? They also raped some women at the beach at the beginning of the movie.
