Maybe...'Body Bags'

With out any of the plots from the three stories, don't know if I can really help. I have a suspicion you mean Body Bags (1993) which has three stories told by the coroner working on the victims. Though it's really a John Carpenter movie, Wes Craven makes a cameo. So there's that connection.
