Severe Horror Overdraft

I have been obsessed with horror films since I was but a boy. My aunt owned a small video store back in the day before Blockbuster smote the small video store chains in the city here. She babysat me constantly as my parents worked, and I spent most of my time wandering the store, looking at the old '80s box art.
I grew to be obsessed with horror films at 5 years old. Since then, I've blown all of the spare money I've ever earned from working jobs on rebuilding the old collection for myself that was once on those shelves. I'm too close now to having the original lineup, along with newer items that I added to the collection to make it mine.
But when I got a high paying job in college, I was able to make more trips to Sam Goody then ever before, and I was able to command where and when I bought horror without parental dictation. I became borderline OCD about the layout of my shelf. It was scaring my roommate and my girlfriend.
Then I found that I had over-drafted my account 271 dollars. In the end, my dad had to bail me out and I haven't returned to my old ways since.
Maybe someday the collection can be rebuilt, but as for now, my horror obsession is buried...Because in all reality, it was becoming a horror story all it's own.
