Severed Hand Gives Man Toilet Paper in Bathroom in Asian Horror

I once saw an Asian horror movie where a man sits on a toilet in a haunted mansion and a hand gives him some toilet paper, and then a bunch of hands start coming out of the walls.

There's also a fight scene where strange people are sitting at a table.

Sound familiar to anyone? I'd like to find the title.
