Sexy Satanic Woman Seduces and Kills Priest in 80's Film

Hi horror experts. I'm hoping you can help me find the title of an 80's film about the investigation of the presence of Satan in the church.

In the opening scene, a Priest falls from the top of a building but miraculously survives. Later scenes involve the Priest seeing a sexy attractive woman appear in the church at midnight. The woman seduces him and turns into Satan before killing him off.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
