Sharp, Attacking Teeth Found in Woman's Stomach

I'm trying to find out the name of an 80's or early 90's movie I watched as a child.

In one scene, a couple is making out in a cave, and a rock falls on the woman and chops her in half.

In another scene, a woman's stomach is opened up and has razor sharp teeth insider her wanting to eat people.

There's also a family who eats people and keeps bits of their bodies in the basement, which eventually overflows and blood and guts spill out all over the hosue.
