Zombies do in fact poop. They cannot control it and do not even realize it when it happens. Their only focus is to feed, but they still go through the digestive process. Get 'The Zombie Survival Guide' by Max Brooks. A lot of questions like this are answered.

Ok. Not knowing whether you could reach that level of heat to destroy the bacteria, because not much testing has been done, I will let you fire up the grill and try it out. In the mean time, I will be watching you from the sights of my rifle ready to take your head off if it doesn't work. Fair?

Okay Zombie Master, Say we took your plan to go to a Super Walmart and barricade the weak points. Were pretty much safe from them and the only problem would be the "time we're there/food ratio". What if we were to eat all of the food, hypothetically. Could we survive on the 'dead'? All bacteria dies once it is heated to a certain temperature to my knowledge. What is your opinion on this?

One place. Costco. No windows, giant roll-up doors, food for centuries and stuff to cook it on, ammoless weapons, sometimes even crossbows. *Bonus* Forklifts with ramming speed.
