Shower Drips Blood...

Okay, I saw this movie with my mom on TV when I was 10 or so making it 1984 maybe.

These people were in a big house and one woman got into the shower and the water turned to blood and later in the movie they tried to leave and the gate closed on its own on the car, which exploded.

Thats all I remember :(

It could be "This House Possessed", 1981

Well it includes a shower/blood scene and a car/gate explosion!
