I have been trying to figure out what this is since I was a kid. It scared the heck out of me, and I have never forgotten it. It was weird to see it after all these years. And darn it's still creeping me out. No sleeping for me tonight.

I saw this short once on HBO in between movies years ago. I think they were having a Satrurday night marathon of horror films. Wish I could be more help.
