Have you ever seen Bloody Birthday (1981) or Fatal Games (1984)?

I would leave off Child's Play and April Fool's Day, but include Happy Birthday To Me (1981). Also worth mentioning are Open House (1988) and Don't Answer the Phone (198).

Besides that, nice list.

Stage Fright
