Sleepwalking Amputee in 50's/60's Film

I'd like to find out the name of a 50's or 60's color horror movie about an amputee.

There's this old guy who is an amputee below the knees, but when he sleeps he can walk. I think he learned this from a witch doctor in deepest, darkest Africa.

The setting is in an old large house, and it's somewhat foggy at night while this man is sleepwalking in his robe and pj's and leaving unusual foot prints around the grounds.

The other person in the film is a younger lady with short dark hair in a tight dress that's always screaming.
