Soldiers Turned To Zombies in Jungle

A few years ago I was watching this zombie movie on HBO that starts out in a swamp and a squad of military soldiers are going into a cabin looking for someone.
They open a closet with someone who has a grenade in it and the grenade kills them all but then a scorpion (or some type of bug) goes and bites them. One of them wakes up just before his autopsy and is turned into an extremely strong person and he becomes good friends with the cook on base. They then go hunting for the rest of his squad and he has to kill them all.
I think the word "Dead" is somewhere in the title (but then again most zombie movies have dead in the title). If you can help me find this movie I'd really appreciate it, thanks.
