Sorority Pledges Die at Halloween Party

I'm trying to remember a 70's or 80's horror movie about girls rushing a sorority.

Some girls are trying to get into a sorority. There's a big Halloween party and a lot of people are killed.

One girl chubby girl with short blonde hair walks around in a t-shirt, and there are also a lot of red candles around.

Another girl goes into the basement and gets her head cut off.

Any ideas?
