Southern Family of Killers With Little Girl Wo Wears a Doll Mask

I'm looking for an '80s or '90s film about a southern family that lives in the woods and kills relatives that visit from the city. They have a little girl who wears a doll mask because her face is disfigured or really old looking.

Another girl in the film wears a blue high school jacket, and when she finds out the crazy family is killing her family she comes with an old lady that knits on the front porch and stabs her with her knitting needle.
