Spiders Crawl from Girl's Forehead in Cheesy Horror Movie

I just wanted the title to this movie that I saw once. It is a cheesy teen kinda movie from the 90s and in one part a girl has spiders under her skin. She breaks a mirror and cuts her forehead and a ton of spiders start crawling out of her face.

Of course, she is screaming.
