Staged Torture Show is Real, Performer Keeps Girls Locked Up in Cages Backstage

There's a horror film where a man tortures and kills girls on stage in front of people, and they all think it's just a show.
But it's for real.
No one knows the man also has other girls locked up back stage in cages.
Can anyone help me with the name of this? I've had no luck finding it.
