At the end of the awesome "Grindhouse" segment "Death Proof" one of girls kill's Stuntman Mike by punching him down to the ground, and jumping with her stilleto heel on his head! It's pretty hilarious, check that one out! And even if it's not the right movie, then still watch it, both "Grindhouse" segment's are kick-ass! In addition to "Death Proof" there's "Planet Terror"! Sweet movies!

Don't think this would be considered horror necessarily, but Single White Female with Jennifer Jason Leigh had that very thing - a guy killed by a stiletto heel through the skull. There is a scene later where the shoes are in the bathroom and one of them has a pool of blood gathered on the floor under one of the heels. I'm pretty sure that's what you're looking for. Don
