Stiletto Heel Through the Head, Anyone?

by Sarah

I am a horror movie addict, and so is my husband. But... when I was telling him about a conversation with my co-worker a few weeks ago, I had both of us stumped.

My co-worker was mentioning a scene from a movie he watched a while ago (at least he THINKS its a movie, quite possibly it could be an old episode of CSI) where a woman is fighting with a man, and at some point the man falls to the ground, and the woman kills him by stepping on his head with her 6 inch stiletto heel. Well, not really stepping, but stabbing him with the stiletto.

The heel of the shoe punctures through the guys head into his brain (or ear into his brain, my co-worker wasn't sure which) and the man dies, of course.

Our question to you- WHAT MOVIE IS THIS SCENE IN???

It has been driving the three of us nuts for 2 weeks now, its right on the tip of my horror-movie soaked memory... but I can't quite grasp it.

Any info to lay this zombie to rest will be greatly appreciated, and you will truly be the all-knowing gods of horror in our eyes.

Thanks for your time.
