Store Owner Cuts Up Girl And Puts Her in the Deep Freeze

Can someone help me with the title of this horror movie that came out around 2005 where four girls go to a small town.
They stop in a little store and in the back room the store owner has a girl strapped into a chair so he can cut her up and put her in the deep freeze.
They stay in this house up the road from a really creepy looking house. The delivery boy from the store comes over and swims with them, but little do they know he is the killer. They end up in the creepy house, where the boy has dead bodies set up at the table and pictures everywhere.
In the end credits, a song plays where the guy is singing 'wish you were dead, run over you with my car' or something like that.
Please help if you can. I can't believe I forgot the name of a movie this new.
