Supposed Dead Headmaster Sitting up in Bathtub

This movie was on TV in the mid-1970's. It takes place at a girl's school where the headmaster's wife and another woman kill the headmaster.

The women put the body in the bathtub and one scene shows him sitting up with really scary looking eyes. They keep dumping the body in various locations and it keeps coming back.

It turns out he's alive and he and the other woman were trying to scare his wife to death.
