Swamp Film With Wolf-Woman

I saw this movie on late night TV back in the late 80's or early 90's.
Much of it takes place in some kind of Bayou or Florida Everglades-type location.
In the end, what appears to be a naked woman in the woods with her back to the camera turns to reveal herself as a wolf/woman type deal. Pretty scary.
I've been searching for this for ages but my memory is fuzzy and I can't remember the name. Any ideas?
