Teen Girl Kills Boys After Being Tormented

I'm looking for a horror movie - this one is tricky but I'll give it a go...

This is an early 90s movie where a blond girl is tormented and harassed by a group of teenage guys. At one part of the scene the girl is circled by the teen guys in the woods and she tries to get away but ends up getting hit by a car where it actually rolls over her *head I think* and she's left for dead.

It turns out she is alive and she seeks revenge on each of the tormentors individually and in one scene she *I think* drenches acid on one of the guys face who was wearing a leather jacket. They were in a chemistry lab and I think he fell out the window...

I remember the girl had blond hair in a pony tail with bangs. I think towards the end of the movie she becomes friends with a black kid who she confuses for being one of her tormentors.

That's all I can remember but I always confused this movie with one of those "Are You Afraid of the Dark" shows - but this was more advanced.
