Teen Girl Squished by Row of Lockers

I'm searching for the title of a horror movies from the 1970's.

In the film a blond girl in a locker room is chasing a frightened girl, saying "come out come out wherever you are". The frightened girl hides in a locker. The blond then uses her mind to bring the lockers on either side together for a bloody end to the scene.
