Teens at Party Get Stuck in Basement With Someone Watching

Does anyone remember this movie where a bunch of teens go to party in a room below ground and get trapped, and apparently someone is watching to see what they do?

I think that it starts with a friend who lures them down there and then disappears. Very weird movie. Very psychologically disturbing. Please help.

....the movie The Hole (2001 starring Thora Birch and Kiera Knightley in which a group of friends decide to spend their vacation in an underground bunker to party. One student gives them the key and leads them to it but does not go inside with them.
