What's the movie where some teens go on a road trip and end up in an abandoned town where they are killed by a beast?

In the end, it turns out they were in a car accident and the whole movie was just them fighting for their lives after the accident.

I know what movie you are talking about. I saw it some years ago. But I had seen it before that. But couldn't think of the name of it. The teens all die in a crash. Through the whole movie you think they're alive but at the end they show the paramedics trying to revive them but they all die. I think it was called 'Camp' something.

It could be Reeker or Rise of the Reeker. But I`m not 100 % sure, since in this movie they are in an abandoned motel.
